No. Tidpunkt takes no screenshots and does not record which apps or websites people use. It stores only the entries each person logs.

Free covers up to 5 people, so a team of 8 needs the Team plan. Team is priced per seat: €9 per seat a month billed yearly, or €12 paid monthly. For 8 people that is €72 or €96 a month, plus VAT. Every new account gets 14 days of Team first, with no card.
