1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Tidpunkt account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, please don't use Tidpunkt.
2. The service
Tidpunkt provides time-tracking, reporting, and invoicing tools delivered over the web and through our desktop and browser clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time; where a change materially reduces core functionality on a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@tidpunkt.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tidpunkt.
4. Acceptable use
Use Tidpunkt lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the service;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- upload malware or use Tidpunkt to store or transmit unlawful content.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, in advance. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Trials are free for the stated period and do not auto-charge without your action. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Your data
You own the time entries, projects, reports, and other content you put into Tidpunkt. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export your data at any time — including when you leave.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Tidpunkt available and to protect your data (see Security). The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may perform maintenance with notice where practical. Paid plans may carry specific service commitments described at sign-up.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tidpunkt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. If a change is material, we'll give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
